This project involved converting an existing student rental property into a legal fourplex. The clients had received a city work order on the property, which prevented them from renting out any of the units until the building became fully compliant. They had previously worked with architects and contractors for approximately 3 years attempting to resolve the issue, leaving the units vacant throughout that time.

After reaching out to our team, our architect moved quickly to get the necessary permits approved for the fourplex conversion. Once permits were secured, we jumped straight into construction, keeping the project on track and on schedule. The result was a fully legal, code-compliant fourplex, finally giving the clients the income-generating property they had been working toward for years.
